The National Society of Black Engineers

The society offers scholarship award both to graduates and undergraduates who are pursuing education in mechanical engineering. The NSBE is set up with a view to representing African Americans who are in the field of engineering. Awards offered by this society include Johnson and Johnson awards ($1,500) and the GE Lloyd Trotter African American Forum Scholarships ($2,500).
